Beef Barbacoa Sliders

2 ½ lbs.
Red onion, thinly sliced
Pepper jack cheese
Garlic flavored mayonnaise
Hawaiian sweet rolls, sliced in half
- In a small pan, sauté the red onions over medium heat until caramelized. Reserve.
- Brush the Hawaiian rolls with melted butter and broil until golden and toasted. Top the bottom slices with hot barbacoa and a slice of cheese. Broil until the cheese is bubbly. Remove the slider bottoms to a serving plate.
- Finish layering with 1 tbsp. of Tres Hermanas Spirited Tequila Jalapeños, 2 slices of avocado, 1 tbsp. of red onions and 1 tbsp. of garlic mayo on each slider. Place the top buns on the sliders and serve.
- You can either buy garlic mayo, or follow our recipe: 1 cup mayo + 2 tbsp. roasted garlic (smashed) + 1 ½ tsp. salt + ¼ tsp. black pepper.
